Hi I’m Rosa. I love cutting and styling hair. I received my accreditation at Santa Barbara City College. I’ve been with Arturo’s for over 6 years now. I specialize in hair cuts, styling, coloring, perms and more. Come ask for me!

Monday – Tuesday: 9am-6pm
Thursday – Friday: 10am-6pm
Saturday: 10am-4pm
