MonseMonse has been a licensed cosmetologist for over 3 years now. She received her accreditation at Santa Barbara City College. She has been with Arturo’s straight out of school. She does haircuts, styling, coloring, perms and more. Come ask for Monse.

Monday – Friday: 9:30am – 6pm
Saturday: 10am – 5pm
